Job description

Overview

The Vice President of Sales Production is responsible for leading the execution and performance of the Sales organization to ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. This strategic leader establishes sales quotas, defines performance expectations, and oversees the implementation of sales strategies and incentive plans to drive high productivity across the sales function. The role is accountable for aligning departmental operations with organizational goals, ensuring efficient management of personnel, and fostering a high-performance culture.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of sales production, ensuring alignment with revenue and profitability goals.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, quotas, and incentive plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Analyze sales performance, forecast trends, and adjust strategies in response to outcomes.
  • Provide leadership and direction to sales managers and directors; responsible for all personnel decisions.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to ensure department strategy supports organizational priorities.
  • Create and refine policies and procedures to drive operational excellence within the Sales function.
  • Build a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration across the team.
  • Mentor and develop high-performing leaders and sales professionals.
Qualifications

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management, or a related field is required. Master’s degree preferred.
  • 15 years of progressive experience in sales leadership roles, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth and leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Prior experience in managing large-scale sales operations, including strategic planning, quota setting, pipeline management, and performance forecasting.

  • Proven ability to inspire, align, and lead high-performing teams, with a track record of driving complex strategic initiatives from ideation to execution.
  • Deep commitment to developing others through structured coaching, ongoing feedback, and performance management. Able to elevate team capabilities while aligning individual goals with broader business objectives.
  • Expertise in setting long-term vision and short-term priorities for sales strategy and operations, ensuring alignment with organizational growth objectives.
  • Adept at using data and insights to build compelling business cases, gain cross-functional buy-in, and drive decision-making at all organizational levels.
  • Builds strong, trust-based relationships across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Operations to create aligned and scalable go-to-market strategies.
  • Capable of anticipating market shifts, identifying competitive opportunities, and translating insights into actionable plans that drive revenue and customer value.

National Debt Relief Role Qualifications:

  • Computer competency and ability to work with a computer.

  • Available for full-time position, overtime eligible if classified non-exempt.
Compensation Information
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for each position across the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This good faith pay range is provided in compliance with NYC law and the laws of other jurisdictions that may require a salary range in job postings. The salary for this position is $190,000 to $205,000 annually. Role is eligible for bonuses with on target earnings up to $325k to $350k.
