ABOUT YOU
As the Vice President of Sales, you will be accountable for delivering sales revenue growth. You will manage, coach, develop the existing sales team of 15, and grow the sales team to meet future company goals. The Vice President of Sales will report to the General Manager, and work with Functional Resource Leaders (Solutions Architecture, Marketing, Operations, Service/Support, Engineering, Finance and HR) to identify requirements and manage execution of strategies to meet the needs of our customers within the business. You will drive the sales team to grow existing accounts as well as win programs at new accounts.
The ideal candidate will have a proven sales track record, history of successful sales growth, staff development and sales management. Previously lead a meaningful business similar in size, scope, and technology with a demonstrated ability to build a successful solutions selling organization.
While this position is remote, it would be ideal for you to be located in Minnesota, Southern California or Texas.

The base pay range for this role is between $175,000 and $225,000 and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location, along with budgeted range of position.
