Job summary

Family & Children’s Services is seeking a strategic leader to oversee revenue cycle management, implement new RCM software, and drive performance analysis and contract execution in a compliant environment.

The Vice President will optimize end-to-end processes across enrollment, billing, denials, and collections, adopting lean methods, automation, and analytics to improve efficiency and accuracy while aligning with federal and state regulations and payer contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or related field is required.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create synergies and streamline workflows across the revenue cycle, implementing efficient and compliant processes.
• Oversee the revenue cycle management team, optimizing end-to-end operations including enrollment, billing, payment processing, denials management, and collections.
• Lead the billing process, ensuring coding accuracy, compliance, and timeliness; drive automation and uniformity through technology.
