You will lead Self‑Pay, Early Out, Patient Financial Experience, Charity, and Bad Debt operations while partnering directly with senior client executives to improve financial performance and deliver measurable value. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• 10+ years of progressive Revenue Cycle leadership experience.
• Experience leading Self‑Pay, Patient Financial Services, Revenue Cycle Operations, Bad Debt, Early Out, Patient Cash, or related functions.
• Deep working knowledge of self‑pay accounts receivable across hospital and physician practice environments.
• Demonstrated ability to influence large‑scale operational teams and drive accountability.

Responsibilities

• Own the analytical assessment of financial, operational, and client performance across a large-scale Self‑Pay portfolio.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to operational leaders, the client partner, and client stakeholders.
• Lead revenue cycle transformation initiatives focusing on patient cash acceleration, bad debt reduction, charity optimization, automation, and efficiency.
• Translate data into actionable insights and executive‑level recommendations through SQL and Snowflake analysis.
• Develop integrated patient engagement strategies across texting, dialing, email, and other channels.
• Hold vendors accountable for performance and communicate results to client leadership.
