• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Health Administration, or a related field required.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• More than 10 years of progressive experience in revenue cycle management or healthcare finance required.
• 5-7 years of senior leadership experience overseeing multi-facility revenue cycle operations required.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements revenue cycle strategies and processes aligned with organizational goals.
• Oversees patient registration, scheduling, billing, denials management, and reporting.
• Ensures compliance with HIPAA, CMS, and payer regulations.
