PCSI - Professional Contract Services, Inc. is seeking a Vice President of Quality to lead the Quality Control department for nationwide federal service contracts and corporate operations.

This executive ensures quality standards are embedded in processes, measures performance, and drives continuous improvement with leadership across the organization. The VP partners with operational and executive leaders to reduce risk, assure contract compliance, and enable meaningful work opportunities for

Qualificações

• 10+ years implementing and maintaining QA/QC systems, including root cause analysis and preventive/corrective actions.
• 10+ years supervising employees, including coaching to develop skills and resolve conflicts.
• Proven experience with audits and certifications (ISO 9001, CIMS).

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the execution and performance of the Quality program on all PCSI contracts and the Corporate headquarters.
• Manage and provide guidance to all quality employees.
• Develop, implement, maintain, and revise policies and procedures for the general operation of the quality program.
• Lead the annual re-certification to ISO 9001-2015 and CIMS-GB 1006:2009 standards.
• Assure effectiveness of inspections and audits at contract sites and HQ.
• Oversee CMMS systems usage and inspections activity.
• Collect, analyze, and report Quality data to executives.
• Maintain the quality department budget.
• Provide training to the quality team.
