Job summary

Habilitative Systems, Inc. in Chicago, IL seeks a Vice President of Quality Improvement and Monitoring to lead cross-functional regulatory compliance and program oversight.

You will liaise between clinical services and administration, provide technical assistance for MRO/MCO processes, and drive program quality and revenue initiatives. Responsibilities include supervising intern programs, audits, corrective actions, clinical support to multiple teams, and ongoing staff training.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, public health, or related human services field.
• Ten+ years in Human Services with 5+ years in admin, quality improvement or supervision.
• Experience with medical records and billing preferred.
• Clinical licensure (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, Psychologist) preferred.
• Familiarity with ACA, DHS, Medicaid and third-party insurers’ guidelines.
• Strong project management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• supervise MSW Student Intern Program; liaison with schools.
• conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with city/state/federal rules.
• coordinate preparation and corrective actions for program audits.
• provide clinical support to DD, MH and SUD teams.
• monitor mental health assessments and treatment plans for billable services.
• advise Administration and COO on plans of correction and revenue reporting.
• lead monthly group consultations to improve service and billing.
• give performance feedback to managers twice yearly.
• develop, facilitate and provide clinical staff training.
• review policies and assist directors with annual updates.
• prepare and present monthly activity reports to the executive team.
