Job summary

CSP Innovations, Inc. seeks a senior quality leader to direct CSP’s QA operations and maintain the Quality Management System. You will drive process improvements, establish clear quality policies, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements from concept to manufacture.

The role requires 10+ years in a senior quality role, Six Sigma expertise, and experience as a QMS Lead Auditor. You will interact with regulators, customers, and suppliers to uphold the highest standards.

Responsibilities

Establish a culture of quality aligned with business strategy.
Direct QA operations to enforce policies, processes and metrics.
Optimize and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
Lead process improvements for efficiency, speed and cost savings.
Ensure customer requirements are met and act as primary contact with regulators and auditors.
Collaborate with purchasing to set supplier quality criteria and monitor performance.
