Job summary

PCSI seeks a Vice President of Quality to lead the Quality Control program across nationwide federal contracts and corporate operations. You will ensure quality is embedded in business processes and drive continuous improvement, with executive visibility of performance.

The role requires strong QA/QC leadership, government contracting experience, and the ability to manage multiple audits and standards. Extensive travel and a hybrid HQ-based schedule are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; minimum ten years of QA/QC experience.
• 10+ years supervising employees, coaching to develop skills and resolve conflicts.
• Experience with government and/or defense contracting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; ability to create graphs, charts, and embed visuals in reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the execution and performance of the Quality program on all PCSI contracts and the Corporate headquarters.
• Manage and provide guidance to all quality employees.
• Develop, implement, maintain, and revise policies and procedures for the quality program.
• Lead the annual re-certification to ISO 9001-2015 and CIMS-GB 1006:2009 standards.
• Ensure inspections and audits at contract sites and HQ are effective.
• Oversee CMMS tools (Orange QC, Bigfoot, MAXIMO) to perform inspections and ensure compliance.
• Support CFO with financial audits as needed.
• Collect, analyze, and report quality results to executives; keep management informed.
