Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Product Manager in Data, Digital & AI to lead end-to-end lifecycle of innovative offerings. You’ll be the voice of the customer, guiding launches and gathering feedback to deliver high-value products with scalability and reliability.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across Markets, Payments, Global Banking, and Private Bank to drive enterprise-wide insights and transformation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management or a related domain.
• Advanced knowledge of the product development lifecycle, design, and data analytics.
• Proven ability to lead lifecycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
• Strong knowledge of business process improvement, strategic planning, and data analytics.
• Experience supporting change and managing stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Understanding of data governance, regulatory compliance, and operational risk management.

Responsibilities

• Develop a product strategy and vision that delivers value to customers.
• Manage discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the roadmap.
• Own, maintain, and develop a product backlog aligned with the strategic roadmap and value proposition.
• Build the framework and track the product's key success metrics such as cost, features, risk posture, and reliability.
• Support the execution of Client360 Transformation initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
• Plan, execute, and deliver business programs focused on process improvement and efficiency.
• Coach and mentor junior team members on best practices in business analysis and stakeholder engagement.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and business teams to maintain and enhance processes and platforms.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to ensure measurable business value.
• Leverage analytics, including ML/AI, to derive actionable insights.
• Understand internal team needs and anticipate future requirements across Markets, Payments, Global Banking, and Private Bank.
