Job summary

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on product engineering concepts with 5+ years applied experience.
• 3+ years delivering digital, data, analytics, or technology products in regulated industries.
• 3+ years hands-on SQL, Python, PySpark for data discovery, transformation, and delivery.
• 3+ years experience with cloud data warehouses and data lakes.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain product vision, roadmaps, OKRs, and adoption measures.
• Lead Agile Scrum and Kanban ceremonies; manage backlogs and releases.
• Translate APIs, JSON structures, and data logic into product and data requirements.
• Build and validate data pipelines using SQL, Python, and PySpark.
• Design data models (conceptual, logical, physical) for data products.
• Develop AI-enabled retrieval workflows and tool orchestration.
• Embed data quality, lineage, security, and regulatory controls in delivery.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, governance, and PM teams.
