JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Data & Analytics to shape data management capabilities and drive end-to-end product delivery.

You will lead discovery, backlog, and roadmaps while partnering with governance and engineering teams to ensure data quality and regulatory alignment. You will collaborate with AI/ML teams to operationalize LLM- and agent-based features, define success metrics, and ensure responsible AI practices across data products.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in product management or a related domain.
• Deep understanding of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end product lifecycle activities such as discovery, ideation, development, and value management.
• Working knowledge of data governance, metadata, data cataloging, lineage, or data quality.
• Familiarity with generative AI, agentic AI concepts (LLMs, RAG, prompts, tool-calling, multi-agent orchestration).
• Experience shipping AI-powered or agent-driven product features with guardrails and responsible AI considerations.

• Defines success metrics for agentic features such as automation rate and accuracy.
