JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Data & Analytics to lead end-to-end product life cycle of data management capabilities. You will voice the customer, guide product launches, and collaborate with governance, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver high-value data products.

You will shape strategy for data discovery, cataloging, quality remediation, and governance workflows, working with AI/ML teams to implement agentic features with guardrails and responsible AI

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management or related field.
• Advanced knowledge of product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
• Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition.
• Experience with data governance, metadata, cataloging, lineage, or data quality.

• Develops a product strategy and vision for data management capabilities.
• Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer data needs.
• Owns and develops a product backlog aligned to the roadmap and value proposition.
• Builds metrics for cost, features, data quality, risk, and reliability.
• Partners with data governance, engineering, and consuming teams to meet regulatory and privacy requirements.
• Defines strategy for agentic AI capabilities and safeguards for responsible AI use.
• Collaborates with AI/ML engineering to operationalize AI features and guardrails.
