Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Product Director - Data Products within Consumer & Community Banking to lead cross-functional teams building data products that power analytics, operations, marketing, and risk. You will shape vision, strategy, and delivery, collaborating with engineering and design to enable AI-powered, self-service capabilities at scale.

You will drive continuous discovery, governance, and data-driven decision making across multiple business lines, ensuring privacy and reliability

Qualifications

Formal training or certification on product engineering concepts and 10+ years applied experience.
Proven track record of delivering measurable business outcomes through data, analytics, or self-service platform products at enterprise scale.
Deep expertise in discovery techniques including opportunity assessment and hypothesis-driven prototyping.

Responsibilities

Define and communicate a compelling product vision for data products aligned to Consumer & Community Banking priorities, translating strategy into clear, outcome-based objectives.
Lead continuous discovery practices including problem framing and rapid prototyping with high-velocity testing.
Partner with Engineering and Design in an empowered team model to drive measurable outcomes rather than feature delivery.
Convert opportunities into minimal lovable products and scale with reliability, governance standards, and transparency.
