Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience delivering products or technology applications.
• Knowledge of product development lifecycle, design, and data analytics.
• Ability to influence adoption of lifecycle activities including discovery, ideation, development, and value management.
• Experience leading change and managing stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Strong understanding of business process improvement and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the product roadmap, vision, development, execution, risk management, and growth targets.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from planning to delivery.
• Coach and mentor the product team on best practices and delivery methods.
• Own product performance and invest in enhancements to meet objectives.
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for differentiation.
• Develop a service strategy and vision delivering customer value.
• Manage discovery and market research to align the roadmap.
• Maintain a service backlog to support the strategic roadmap.
• Build metrics for cost, features, reliability and risk posture.
• Manage delivery and optimization of consumption services for Client360 Transformation.
• Utilize services to deliver personalized client experiences while ensuring compliance.
