AdventHealth seeks a senior executive to lead a physician practice strategy across multiple markets in the United States. You will oversee a team of providers, align strategic plans with governance, and drive financial and clinical performance.

The role emphasizes collaboration with leadership, compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, and development of leaders and partnerships with hospital service lines.

• Lead a team of at least 100 providers.
• Ensure that approved strategic plans are in place.
• Monitor compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
• Oversee practice budgets, billing, accounts payable and fixed asset management.
• Develop leaders and team members to meet goals of primary care, including clinical and consumer excellence, and financial viability.
• Act as representative executive leader with local markets.
