Responsibilities

Lead system-wide strategies to streamline ambulatory and clinical service line operations to improve patient experience.

Provide input to ambulatory care centers on development and operations and remove barriers to patient experience.
Collaborate with executive cabinet for administrative input to service lines and evaluate effectiveness.
Lead design of goals, metrics and incentives to optimize patient and provider experience.
Oversee EMR optimization for medical staff and provider practice quality.
