AdventHealth is seeking a VP of Operations to lead statewide specialty-specific programs in Florida. You will design and execute operating frameworks, drive financial sustainability, and expand access across ambulatory and hospital services.

You’ll partner with the VP/CMO and market leaders to align governance, roles, and resources, while advancing digital platforms and clinical standards. The role requires deep healthcare operations acumen, strong leadership in complex environments, and a focus

• Expertise in large-scale physician practice or specialty service line administration.
• Proven success in dyad/shared leadership models.
• Strong skills in strategic planning, financial management, and operational integration.
• Ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders across a matrixed system.
• Capacity to lead organizational change and implement innovative operational models.

Responsibilities

• Co-lead statewide specialty-specific operational frameworks with the VP/CMO across ambulatory and hospital services.
• Partner with cross-divisional leaders to align roles, governance, and accountability.
• Support market strategy, development, workforce planning and prioritization.
• Influence site-of-care decisions and deployment of playbooks across AdventHealth.
• Drive adoption of digital platforms, data analytics, and innovative workforce models.
• Collaborate with marketing and strategy on improving patient access and brand identity.
• Provide consultation across AdventHealth medical groups to share best practices.
