You will coordinate start-ups, credentialing, staffing, and ongoing practice management while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manages offices in a cost-effective, efficient manner ensuring high quality care and a courteous atmosphere.
• Oversees startup of new physician practices and assists with credentialing activities.
• Coordinates, monitors, and improves operations of each practice including flow management and staffing.
• Coordinates hiring, conducts performance evaluations, and participates in employee counseling and termination per policy.
• Provides orientation for new employees and ensures compliance with policies; maintains engagement and performance.
• Maintains current job descriptions and conducts staff evaluations to ensure competency.
• Assists in budgeting for operating, salary, and capital; monitors budgets and productivity standards.
• Supervises and schedules staff, ensures department coverage.
• Reviews policies for compliance with regulations and updates as needed.
• Develops and implements policies governing practice operations and patient quality of life.
