AdventHealth in Florida seeks a Vice President of Operations to lead statewide specialty frameworks, partnering with VP/CMO to unify operations across Florida’s divisions and drive financial sustainability and growth.

This role guides ambulatory and hospital-based services, deploys playbooks for clinical integration, and collaborates with marketing, strategy, and workforce leaders to expand access and improve patient outcomes while upholding AdventHealth's mission.

Qualifications

• Expertise in large-scale physician practice administration.
• Experience in dyad/shared leadership models.
• Strong strategic, financial, and operational planning skills.
• Ability to influence diverse stakeholders across a matrixed system.
• Capacity to lead organizational change and implement innovative operational models.

Responsibilities

• Co-lead statewide specialty-specific operational frameworks with the VP/CMO.
• Align roles, governance, and accountability across divisions.
• Support market expansion, workforce planning, and prioritization.
• Inform site-of-care decisions (ambulatory vs hospital-based).
• Lead deployment of specialty playbooks for clinical integration and outcomes.
