Job summary
Catholic Health is seeking a senior leader to direct the clinical practice management functions of its Physician Enterprise, Ambulatory Care, and Clinical Councils. You will develop and implement clinical programs and protocols, and collaborate on provider compensation structures and contracts to support growth and integration.
Reporting to the VP Operations, Physician Enterprise, you will align physician practices with system goals, lead recruitment of physicians and Advanced Practice
Qualifications
- Medical degree (MD or DO) with NYS license active at hire date and NYS DEA certificate.
- Board Certification in clinical specialty.
- Minimum 10 years of leadership in healthcare management with related knowledge.
- Experience in a large, multi-specialty integrated system.
- Medical Group Practice Management experience; multi-specialty preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead clinical practice management for Physician Enterprise, Ambulatory Care, and Clinical Councils.
- Develop and implement clinical programs, protocols, and regulatory compliance.
- Partner with executive leadership on compensation structures, contracts, and growth.
- Align physician practices with system goals and ensure high-quality care.
