Job summary

AdventHealth Florida is seeking a Vice President, Service Line Executive to shape statewide, specialty-specific strategies across its hospital network. You will co-lead with Administrative VP, drive clinical integration, and align market leaders to ensure high-quality, value-based care.

In this role you will advance innovation, foster physician engagement, and develop playbooks for standardized care pathways across Florida.

Qualifications

• MD/DO with Florida medical license eligibility.
• Leadership experience in a large health system is required.
• Board certification in the relevant specialty.

Responsibilities

• Lead statewide specialty strategies and clinical playbooks across AdventHealth Florida.
• Unify operations across divisions with the Administrative VP and market leaders.
• Partner with AHMG and Strategy to recruit, engage, and develop physicians/APPs.
• Promote evidence-based standards, care pathways, and patient safety across markets.
• Drive innovation and digital health initiatives (AI, analytics) aligned with statewide strategy.
• Collaborate with marketing and consumer access to optimize patient journey.
