Job summary

Quanta Government Solutions seeks an executive-level Vice President of Preconstruction to architect, estimate, and structure our largest multi-disciplinary capital projects. Reporting to the President of Data Center Construction, you will lead a multi-disciplinary estimating team and coordinate with Sales to convert complex RFPs into turnkey solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading preconstruction and mega-project bids.
• Strong understanding of project governance and risk management.
• Proven ability to collaborate with sales, operations and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Architect, estimate, and structure large multi-disciplinary capital projects.
• Lead cross-divisional interface between Civil, Underground, Utility and Data Center units.
• Develop budget, WBS, and cash-flow optimized SOV for $200M+ projects.
• Oversee hand-off from preconstruction to PM teams and monitor cost tracking.
