Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group seeks an executive-level Vice President of Preconstruction to architect, estimate, and structure multi-disciplinary capital projects. The role partners with Sales to convert warm leads and RFPs into unified service solutions.

You will lead a multi-disciplinary estimating team, shape project lifecycles, optimize cash flow, and influence field controls to protect profitability from inception to execution.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in preconstruction, senior estimating, or high-level project controls leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary preconstruction teams and schedulers.
• Translate client requirements into executable bidding strategy.
• Coordinate with Legal, Commercial Operations and executives to align bids.
• Synchronize divisional estimates and schedules into a cohesive master plan.
• Design budget structure and WBS to guide PMs and field cost tracking.
• Develop cash-flow optimized Schedule of Values for $200M+ projects.
