Quest Talent Solutions, LLC is seeking a Vice President of Preconstruction to lead the strategy for a national portfolio of complex data center projects from Atlanta. The role requires senior leadership in preconstruction, deep knowledge of budgeting, GMP development, and strong client relationships at the executive level.

You will oversee estimating, procurement, scheduling, and constructability while guiding staffing plans and commercial strategy with the executive team.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in preconstruction, estimating, or construction planning.
• Strong data center, mission-critical, or complex construction background.
• Experience leading large teams and developing future leaders.
• Strong P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and commercial negotiation experience.
• Deep knowledge of estimating, procurement, constructability, value engineering, and scheduling.
• Comfortable working directly with executive leadership and major clients.

We are partnering with a growing mission-critical construction organization seeking a Vice President of Preconstruction to lead preconstruction strategy across a national portfolio of complex data center projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead estimating, budgeting, procurement, scheduling, constructability, and GMP development
• Oversee major pursuits, contract negotiations, and commercial strategy
