Job summary
San Antonio Citizens Federal Credit Union is seeking a VP of Consumer Lending to drive strategy, growth, and credit quality across auto, unsecured, and card portfolios. The role reports to the Chief Lending Officer and collaborates with Finance, Operations, Marketing, Compliance, and Technology to improve delivery and automation.

Qualifications
- 7+ years progressive consumer lending experience.
- 3+ years people leadership.
- Expertise in underwriting, portfolio analytics, pricing, credit risk, and regulatory expectations.
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities
- Lead consumer lending strategy and portfolio growth, maintaining strong credit quality and risk management.
- Coordinate with Finance, Operations, Marketing, Compliance, and Technology to improve delivery and automate processes.
- Set annual goals and growth initiatives; monitor production, yield, profitability, and risk indicators.
- Ensure regulatory, audit, and exam readiness and respond to supervisory inquiries.
