San Antonio Citizens Federal Credit Union is seeking a VP of Consumer Lending to provide senior leadership for the consumer lending strategy, portfolio growth, credit quality, and member experience. You will oversee auto lending, unsecured lending, credit cards, and related programs, reporting to the Chief Lending Officer.

Qualifications

7+ years progressive consumer lending experience; 3+ years people leadership.
Expertise in underwriting, portfolio analytics, pricing, credit risk, and regulatory expectations.
Strong executive communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Lead the consumer lending production team and partner with Finance, Operations, Marketing, Compliance, and Technology to improve delivery and automation.
Set annual goals and growth initiatives; evaluate market conditions and lending economics; monitor production, yield, profitability, service results, and risk indicators; ensure regulatory, audit, and exam readiness.
