Qualifications

• 7+ years experience across HR, People, Talent or a combination of these areas.
• Technology industry experience in startup/scaleup or rapidly growing modern organisations.
• Senior leadership across People, HR and Talent with ability to establish the function and build infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead the company's talent strategy from attraction through long-term development.
• Partner with founders and executives to shape organisational decisions and people priorities.
• Develop recruitment strategies, strengthen employer branding, and ensure attraction, engagement and retention of top talent.
