Tavus is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to scale our team across engineering, product, operations, and business functions. You will own full-cycle hiring, partner with leaders, and help build the recruiting foundation Tavus needs for its next growth stage.

You’ll balance hands-on recruiting with planning and process design, leveraging AI and scalable systems. This high-impact role requires driving hiring at speed while maintaining exceptional candidate experiences.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience, ideally in-house experience as first recruiter at an early-stage startup.
• Experience building recruiting systems/processes from scratch or significantly improving existing ones, and leverage AI.
• Ability to balance many roles at once and structure solutions.
• Exceptional communication and candidate experience instincts.
• Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable working in ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for multiple functions (engineering, product, operations, and business).
• Build teams as Tavus scales and partner with hiring managers and leadership.
• Shape hiring plans to anticipate evolving talent needs and bring exceptional people to Tavus.
• Develop recruiting foundation for the next growth stage and foster cross-functional collaboration.
