Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in progressively responsible manufacturing leadership roles.
• Experience in high-growth, multi-site manufacturing.
• Lean Black Belt preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing operations to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and morale.
• Partner with President and executives as trusted advisor.
• Apply Lean and continuous improvement for strategic planning.
• Manage budgets and oversee CI savings.
• Expand operations to meet growth strategies.
• Drive a positive team culture and inclusion.
• Participate in quarterly management reviews.
• Monitor capital and operating expenditures.
• Ensure compliance with labor, safety, and environmental rules.
