The Keystone Distinction Group seeks a Vice President of Operations to lead manufacturing operations across multiple sites in Allegheny County, PA. This role drives profitability by improving safety, quality, delivery, and cost, while engaging a high performance team and aligning with senior leadership.

Responsibilities include implementing Lean, guiding strategic operational goals, managing the budget, expanding capacity for growth, and ensuring regulatory and environmental compliance.

Qualifications

• BS/BA from an accredited college/university. MBA preferred.
• Minimum 10+ years in progressively responsible leadership in multi-site manufacturing.
• Lean Black Belt preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead manufacturing operations to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and morale.
• Partner with senior leaders to set long-range operational goals.
• Apply Lean and CI for planning and advancement initiatives.
• Manage budget to ensure sustainable profitability.
• Drive capacity expansion to support growth.
• Promote a culture of teamwork and inclusion.
• Present quarterly updates to parent company and executives.
• Oversee capital and operating expenditures and ROI.
