H.T. Prof Executive Search seeks a Vice President of Operations for a retained search assignment in Morgantown, PA.

This executive role leads manufacturing operations, driving safety, quality, delivery, cost control, and people development in partnership with the CEO and senior leaders to set long-range operational goals. The candidate will have a BS/BA with MBA preferred and 10+ years of progressive leadership in multi-site manufacturing, with Lean/5S expertise and strong financial acumen.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of progressive leadership in high-growth manufacturing environments.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and 5S deployed across multiple sites.
• Strong financial management and budgeting experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high performance in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and team engagement.
• Act as trusted advisor to the President and senior leaders.
• Develop and refine CI strategies aligned with company goals.
• Lead budgeting, CAPEX/OPEX, and profitability initiatives.
• Shape processes and culture to attract and retain top talent.
• Monitor metrics and drive continuous improvement across sites.
• Collaborate with executives for long-range operational planning.
• Oversee expansion to meet growth strategies.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety and environmental regulations.
