Ashton North LLC seeks a Vice President of Operations to lead multi-site manufacturing, driving Lean initiatives, strategic planning, and financial performance. The role partners with the President and senior executives to deliver growth, efficiency, and operational excellence across the organization.

Immediate availability in Allegheny County, PA. This senior leadership position offers relocation support and a performance-based bonus, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of progressive leadership in multi-site manufacturing.
• Lean manufacturing and 5S experience required.
• MBA preferred and Lean Black Belt preferred.
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting and ROI.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing operations to deliver safety, quality, delivery, cost, and team engagement.
• Partner with President and senior leaders as trusted operational advisor.
• Apply Lean/CI to plan and implement long-range operational goals.
• Develop and manage budgets and drive CI savings.
• Scale operations to support growth strategies.
• Foster a positive, inclusive team culture and drive performance.
• Participate in quarterly management reviews with the parent company and executives.
• Oversee capital expenditures, OPEX, and overhead to meet financial targets.
• Maintain awareness of emerging technologies in operations management.
• Identify training needs and ensure effective training.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety and environmental regulations.
• Establish and measure operational/economic metrics.
