Food Management Search, Inc. seeks a strategic Vice President of Operations to oversee a growing multi-site 3PL network covering warehousing, distribution, and fulfillment. You will drive profitability, lead high-performing teams, and implement standardized processes across locations.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong P&L management, and a proven ability to scale operations while maintaining safety and customer service excellence. On-site in Bowling Green, KY with regional travel.

Competenze

• 10+ years of progressive operations leadership experience in 3PL, warehousing, distribution, or related industry.
• 5+ years overseeing multi-site operations through directors or regional leadership.
• Proven experience managing full P&L responsibilities across multiple facilities.
• Experience launching new facilities and managing growth with regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of KPIs, lean methods, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to lead geographically dispersed teams with on-site Bowling Green, KY work.
