The Keystone Distinction Group seeks a strategic Vice President of Operations to lead a growing multi-state 3PL network. This executive will oversee warehousing, distribution, and value-added services with a focus on profitability and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in multi-site operations, proven P&L management, and a track record of building high-performing teams across six states. On-site in Bowling Green, KY with regional travel is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in multi-site 3PL/warehousing operations.
• 5+ years leading Directors of Operations and regional managers.
• Proven P&L responsibility across multiple facilities.
• Track record of improving profitability, safety, and productivity.
• Experience launching new facilities and managing growth.
• Strong knowledge of WMS, KPIs, and Lean/Six Sigma.
• Excellent leadership and strategic planning skills.
• Willingness to work on-site in Bowling Green, KY with regional travel.

Responsabilités

• Oversee multi-site warehousing, distribution, fulfillment, and logistics operations across six states.
• Develop and manage Directors of Operations, Operations Excellence, and Safety to ensure accountability.
• Maintain full P&L responsibility focusing on profitability, cost control, and productivity.
• Establish SOPs, metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives across locations.
• Drive improvements in safety, inventory accuracy, customer service, and retention.
• Lead new facility startups and customer implementations.
• Collaborate with Sales and executive leadership on growth, pricing, and planning.
• Utilize WMS, EDI, and reporting to improve visibility and decision-making.
