Job summary

Titan Security in Chicago seeks a Vice President of Operations to oversee scheduling, account management, client relations and field supervision for our residential and multi-family markets. The role guides regional operations, partners with HR, and ensures Best-In-Class service at all times.

You will build relationships, drive operational excellence, manage meetings, annual reviews, and oversee hiring and onboarding.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in security operations with 4 years in management.
• Experience in residential/multi-family service sectors.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

• Build, grow, and drive customer relationships.
• Oversee scheduling, field supervision, and portfolio management.
• Set and monitor key performance metrics with senior leaders.
• Conduct group and individual meetings to ensure service excellence.
• Lead annual reviews and development plans for staff.
• Coordinate HR matters including hiring, onboarding, and exits.
• Explain policies to staff and applicants and ensure compliance.
• Support sales in reviewing new business opportunities and growth.
