Job summary

Titan Security in downtown Chicago seeks an experienced HR Manager to lead the HR team supporting the Chicago office and Great Lakes region, acting as HR business partner for corporate employees including Titan Electronics.

This hands-on leadership role balances daily operations—onboarding, employee support, HR administration—with process improvements, policy guidance, and strategic partnership with leaders to align people, compliance, and business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team that may include HR generalists, administrators, coordinators, and onboarding staff.
• Establish clear responsibilities, service standards, and performance expectations; address gaps promptly.
• Lead daily HR operations, including new-hire and separation processing, attendance, unemployment claims, I-9s, and records.
• Maintain oversight of HR transactions and workforce transitions to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Partner with leaders to provide practical guidance on employee relations, performance management, and policies.
