Qualifications

• 5–10+ years in electronic security (service, installation, or engineering).
• Leadership experience managing technicians or service teams.
• Strong technical expertise in access control and CCTV/VMS.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day service department operations with focus on responsiveness, efficiency, and quality.
• Oversee scheduling, dispatch, prioritization of service calls and preventive maintenance.
• Establish and optimize service workflows, SLAs and escalation procedures.
