Job summary
Sixt-US is seeking a Vice President of Operations in the Fort Lauderdale area to align with HQ and drive flawless execution across our mobility platform. You will lead strategic fleet management and yield optimization, oversee leases and property management, and spearhead expansion initiatives while communicating with staff through town halls.
The role requires 50% domestic travel, a strong track record in P&L leadership, and excellent stakeholder collaboration across teams and regions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; 10+ years in business development or automotive
- 5+ years senior level management experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience managing a P&L and KPI-driven decisions
- Ability to travel domestically at least 50%
- Authorized to work in the United States and hold a valid driver's license

- Strategic oversight on fleet management and yield optimization
- Lead succession planning and ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to standards
- Oversee office leases and property management
- Lead expansion and construction initiatives; run town halls and foster employee communication
