Job summary

SIXT is seeking a Senior Revenue Management Analyst in Fort Lauderdale to own pricing strategy and revenue optimization across domestic markets. You will analyze trends, build forecasting models, and provide actionable insights to drive profitability and fleet utilization.

You will collaborate across Fleet Strategy, Operations, Marketing and Leadership, implement RM initiatives, and mentor junior analysts to elevate analytical capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field and 2+ years in Revenue Management, Pricing, Forecasting, Analytics, BI or related discipline.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with ability to build business cases and strategic recommendations.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with SQL, Tableau/Power BI, Python or R preferred.
• Strategic thinker who evaluates market dynamics and pricing, balancing revenue and operational constraints.
• Excellent communication and influential presentation skills; capable of leading projects and mentoring others.

Responsibilities

• Own pricing strategy and revenue maximization for assigned domestic markets.
• Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, booking patterns, and demand forecasts.
• Develop forecasting models and performance reporting to support decisions.
• Collaborate with Fleet Strategy, Operations, Marketing and Leadership to align pricing with business goals.
• Lead revenue optimization initiatives and measure business impact.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to RM process improvements.
