Qualifications
- Ten+ years in business development or automotive, plus 5+ years senior management experience.

- Experience managing a P&L and KPI-driven decisions.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Willingness to travel ≥50% domestically.
- Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
- Experience serving premium customers.
Responsibilities
- Strategic oversight on fleet management and yield optimization.
- Lead expansion and construction initiatives; host town halls and ensure effective employee communication.
- Oversee office leases and property management.
