Job summary

SIXT invites you to join as Senior Vice President, Fleet – North America in Fort Lauderdale to lead the end‑to‑end fleet lifecycle—from procurement and planning to pricing, utilization, and remarketing.

As a member of the leadership team, you will partner with executive leadership to maximize fleet profitability, strengthen OEM partnerships, and build scalable processes that support SIXT’s continued growth across North America.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership in fleet management or related industries.
• 5+ years in an executive leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Automotive Management; MBA preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency with MS Office, BI tools, forecasting, and fleet systems.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive fleet strategy aligned with growth objectives and financial goals.
• Manage all aspects of the fleet lifecycle including procurement, demand planning, utilization, pricing, inventory, remarketing, and performance.
• Liaise with OEMs, auction providers, transportation vendors, dealerships, digital marketplaces, and internal stakeholders to maximize asset recovery and partnerships.
• Maintain operational excellence with data-driven processes, KPI monitoring, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvements across fleet operations.
• Receive market intelligence and financial/operational insights to optimize fleet planning, forecast performance, and identify revenue opportunities.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing Fleet organization fostering accountability, innovation, collaboration, and customer excellence.
