Job summary

Eurest USA seeks a Vice President of Operations to oversee a portfolio of client accounts from its Denver base. The VPO will lead District Managers and an operations team across Colorado, driving growth, profitability, and client satisfaction.

The role partners with Finance, HR, Culinary and Sales to implement best practices, ensure safety, and develop leadership across a large multi-site organization. Travel ~25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Culinary degree a plus.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership in foodservice hospitality management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop District Managers and regional leaders across multiple client locations.
• Achieve financial goals including revenue growth, profitability, and budget adherence.
• Develop and maintain executive-level client relationships to ensure retention and growth.
• Drive operational excellence with best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety, food safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with HR to recruit, develop, and retain top talent.
