Responsibilities

• Manage all facets of the area including sales, finance, human resources, and customer service with P&L accountability.
• Drive new sales growth within existing client base and ensure exceptional service.
• Develop short- and long-term operational strategies with senior leaders and execute them.
• Lead a high-performing team with strong communication, empowerment, and coaching.
• Partner with leaders to implement new business processes and change initiatives.
