Eurest in Denver seeks a Vice President of Operations to provide strategic leadership and oversee a portfolio of client accounts across Colorado. The Vice President of Operations (VPO) is responsible for providing strategic leadership and operational oversight for a portfolio of client accounts within Eurest. This role drives operational excellence, client satisfaction, financial performance, talent development, and business growth across assigned regions and sectors. The VPO partners closely with Operations, Finance, Human Resources, Culinary, and Sales teams to ensure consistent execution of company objectives while fostering a culture of safety, service, and accountability.
This role is based in Denver and will oversee upwards of 50 business dining accounts throughout the state of Colorado, leading a team of 4 District Managers directly, and up to 400 managers and associates, indirectly.
