Job summary

Brivo, Inc. is seeking a Vice President of Marketing in Austin to drive the company’s market narrative, demand-gen engine, and go-to-market strategy during a critical growth phase.

The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, overseeing brand positioning, enterprise demand generation, and data-driven marketing initiatives that connect with end customers and partners across the ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of progressive marketing experience, including senior leadership responsibility within high-growth B2B technology companies.
• Experience leading and developing a marketing team with accountability for demand generation, pipeline contribution, brand, and measurable commercial outcomes.
• Experience running a marketing organization grounded in data, systems, measurement, and AI-enabled ways of working.
• Strong background in B2B technology marketing, ideally IoT, hardware + SaaS, or enterprise software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead Brivo's marketing strategy, narrative, and brand positioning for the next growth phase.
• Lead and develop a high-performing marketing organization aligned with revenue generation and channel success.
• Own demand generation strategy, including SEO, digital marketing, lifecycle campaigns, and enterprise programs.
• Strengthen direct demand generation and maintain strong partner ecosystem relationships.
• Lead channel marketing programs supporting dealers, partners, integrators, and sell-through.
• Build a data-driven marketing function with analytics, attribution, and Salesforce-connected workflows.
• Introduce AI-enabled marketing capabilities across content, campaigns, targeting, and optimization.
