Reporting to the President, you will build a high-performing team, optimize the go-to-market, and strengthen direct customer connections while supporting the channel ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of progressive marketing experience with senior leadership in high-growth B2B technology.
• Experience leading a marketing team with accountability for demand generation, pipeline, and revenue outcomes.
• Experience applying data, measurement, and AI-enabled approaches to marketing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead Brivo's marketing strategy, narrative, and brand positioning during growth.
• Lead a high-performing marketing organization aligned with revenue generation and channel success.
• Guide demand-gen strategy including SEO, digital marketing, lifecycle campaigns, and targeting.
• Strengthen direct demand-gen while maintaining partner ecosystem relationships.
• Lead channel marketing programs supporting dealers, partners, and integrators.
• Build data-driven marketing with analytics, attribution, Salesforce workflows, and measurement.
