Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Vice President of Transaction Advisory Services for Financial Due Diligence in New York. You will lead multi‑disciplinary due diligence projects for private equity and corporate clients on M&A, spanning financial, IT, and tax diligence and related accounting matters.

The role offers exposure across industries on an investment banking platform, with opportunities to develop financial and interpersonal skills while supporting buy- and sell‑side transactions.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree from an accredited institution.
• 6+ years of financial due diligence experience (or combination with audit, incl. at least 4 years in FDD).
• Familiar with Tableau, Alteryx and data analytics packages preferred (not required).
• Knowledge of US GAAP including SEC reporting and purchase accounting; CPA preferred or pursued.
