Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Vice President for Transaction Advisory Services focusing on Financial Due Diligence. You will lead due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures across multiple industries on an investment banking platform.

The role requires 6+ years in financial due diligence (Big 4 preferred), GAAP/SEC knowledge, and CPA pursuit. Competitive compensation with strong health, retirement plans, and discretionary bonus potential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of financial due diligence experience (or a combination with audit experience, which must include at least 4 years of financial due diligence)
• Familiarity with Tableau, Alteryx and data analytics packages preferred (but not required)
• Strong current knowledge of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles including SEC reporting, purchase accounting and transaction related issues
• CPA (or at minimum, must be pursuing a CPA)
