Jobot is hiring an Associate in Transaction Advisory Services to conduct financial due diligence for M&A deals in the Atlanta area. You will work on private equity and corporate clients across industries, applying data analytics techniques and GAAP knowledge to assess transaction risks and financial exposures.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of financial due diligence experience (or audit with at least 2 years in Diligence)
• Familiarity with Tableau and Alteryx is a plus
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP incl. SEC reporting and transaction issues
• CPA (or pursuing CPA) preferred
